What is the best ratio to use trenbolone and testosterone?
Have you tried both ways and which worked for YOU?
I’m 5’11’’ 214lbs and 15% body fat
I was 188 a year ago, and put on bulk

For me, 200-300mg each is what worked. You will get lots of different opinions on this one though because people have different experiences.
