4 mg is the sweet spot. I even see guys running 6 to 8 mg. It's all about what you can afford.

With KLOW you definitely want to increase the dose. 1 mg is not enough. I would push it to at least 2 to 3 mg.

50 mg is fine. Just keep an eye on your prostate and if you start noticing head shedding then you should lower the dose a little bit.
